  HOUSE RULES

- Strictly no Smoking inside the house. You may use the balconies or outside area if you wish to
- Caretakers don't stay on the property and they are only responsible for helping with check-in, check-out and house-keeping.
- Cleaning is done before the check-in. For long stay guests, house-keeping will be done every alternate day.
- Pets are not allowed inside the apartment
- Listening to music is wonderful, but please mind your neighbors. After 22:00, we enjoy the peace and quiet
- Please feel free to use the induction stove for cooking your own meals. However, No form of Fire is allowed inside the house or in balconies.
- Guests are welcome, but we should be informed of any visitors ahead of time. It is not allowed for your (day) visitors to spend the night without our prior consent and knowledge
- Indoor furniture needs to remain indoors, please don't take chairs etc. outside. Furniture needs to remain at the same location all the time
- Please ensure you empty the fride and don't leave any personal belongings behing. We will not be responsible for loss of any items.
- If you break or damage anything, please do us the courtesy of notifying us.
- In case the house rules are not respected, we reserve the right to take appropriate measures, any costs incurred with this will be charged either in full or in part
