SINDHUDURG FORT
Located off the coast of Maharashtra, the Sindhudurg Fort is an ancient fortress occupying an islet in the Arabian Sea. This imposing construction is spread over an area of 48 acres, with its massive walls standing tall against the crashing waves of the sea. The main entrance of the fort is hidden away in such a manner that no one can identify it from the outside.

Full refund for cancellation before 30days of checkin
50% refund for cancellation before 15days of check-in
no refund for cancellation within 15days of check-in
CAR PARKING
Car(s) can be parked inside the premisis - at ower's risk. As the property has lots of coconut trees, make sure you find a safe spot for your car
HOUSE RULES
- Strictly no Smoking inside the house. You may use the varandhas or outside area if you wish to
- Caretakers don't stay on the property and they are only responsible for helping with check-in, check-out and house-keeping.
- Cleaning is done before the check-in. For long stay guests, house-keeping will be done every alternate day.
- Pets are not allowed inside the house
- Listening to music is wonderful, but please mind your neighbors. After 22:00, we enjoy the peace and quiet
- Please feel free to use the gas stoves for cooking your own meals. However, No other form of Fire is allowed inside the house or in varandhas. You may check with the care-take on outside area which can be used for BBQ / CampFire
- Guests are welcome, but we should be informed of any visitors ahead of time. It is not allowed for your (day) visitors to spend the night without our prior consent and knowledge
- Indoor furniture needs to remain indoors, please don't take chairs etc. outside. Furniture needs to remain at the same location all the time
- Please ensure you empty the fride and don't leave any personal belongings behing. We will not be responsible for loss of any items.
- If you break or damage anything, please do us the courtesy of notifying us.
- In case the house rules are not respected, we reserve the right to take appropriate measures, any costs incurred with this will be charged either in full or in part
